Michael Verlare has been an integral member of the Executive team at IntraNext Systems for over twenty years. Mike has extensive experience in contact center software implementation, and provides customers with the technical and industry operational insight needed to assist in defining needs and developing the least disruptive path to solution implementation. As Chief Customer Officer, Mike is responsible for managing key strategic business relationships, and provides insights and direction to ensure that our customers' experience is consistent across all functional layers of our organization.
Mike is a travel and scuba enthusiast. Flying over 100,000 air miles per year, Mike has visited some of the most exotic places on earth. If you can't reach him during normal business hours, you don't stand a chance of finding him!
